Not sure that "real" men wear pink tights, however you certainly are a man and you look fab in them! Would have liked some photos from the side to show off your smooth and very ladylike profile - particularly when you are tucked.
I don't own a pair of pink tights, But If I did I would wear them a lot. They look real good on you! I will have to look for a pair! by the way I love your pictures! You have really nice looking legs!
